Important: Shipping timelines consist of both the order processing time and the applicable shipping transit time. Please consider both when estimating your delivery date.

Processing Your Order

We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses across India within approximately 5 business days.

However, additional processing time may be required in the following circumstances:

Orders containing more than 5 pieces of the same product or style.
Products that are currently under production or require additional preparation.
Orders requiring special handling or availability confirmation.

If your order requires additional processing time, we will keep you informed through the email address provided during checkout.

To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please add the applicable shipping transit time below to the standard 5-business-day order processing period.

Delivery Cost

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight or volumetric weight (volume) of the package, whichever is greater.

Some products may require larger packaging due to their size, shape, material, or protective packaging requirements. In such cases, the volumetric weight may be higher than the actual weight and may result in additional shipping charges.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during the checkout process, wherever shipping rates are available for the selected destination.

Customs & International Shipping

International orders are shipped from our warehouses in India to the shipping address provided by the customer.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are outside the control of Adi Dhakeswari Bastralaya.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or similar fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

While many international orders may not incur additional customs charges, we cannot guarantee whether customs duties or taxes will be assessed on a particular shipment. We are also unable to determine in advance the exact amount or timing of any such charges, as these are decided by the customs authorities in the destination country.

Where applicable, we work with our shipping and customs partners to facilitate customs clearance and delivery to your provided address. If you are required to pay an invoice for import duties, taxes, or other customs-related charges at the time of delivery, such payment must be made directly to the courier, customs authority, or relevant delivery representative.

International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Customs authorities may inspect shipments, which can occasionally cause delivery delays.

Adi Dhakeswari Bastralaya cannot control delays caused by customs authorities, local delivery services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
